Our mission is to build and manage outstanding communities for our residents, and we are always looking for dedicated people to join our team. **Position Summary** The Maintenance Person is responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment used to provide heating and hot water for the property, assume the provision and maintenance of efficient building heat and air\-conditioning functions, including safety, maintenance, repairs, and other related services.
