Position: Regional Director **Department:** Regional Operations **Reports to:** Regional Vice President **Supervises:** Store Management Purpose: Leads a region of store operations – specifically: service, retail sales and parts sales. This role is responsible for delivering return on investment for store operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Provide leadership for a cluster of SN Partners’ stores. * Ensure smooth operations for retail whole\-good sales, parts sales and repair services. * Focus on customer and employee satisfaction to deliver growth and retention. * Works closely with the Regional VP to set budgets and goals for the stores. * Deliver financial performance in alignment with annual budgets. * Work to streamline in\-store processes. * Ensure the company’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with SN Partners’ core values.
