POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all HR functions such as onboarding, benefit administration, and personnel file management. Work with administration equally to assist department heads to plan, direct, and coordinate personnel activities of Bowdle Healthcare Center for employee competencies, recruitment, employee remediation and disciplinary procedures. Also responsible for the Health Information Management department. Maintains and secures all written and electronic medical records. Ensures that the information contained in the record is complete and accurate and available only to authorized personnel. Facilitates flow of health information to those who depend on it and have a right to it. Assists in protection of the legal interests of the patient, hospital and provider. Coordinates Risk Management Program and oversees the administration of workers’ compensation. Acts as Medical Staff secretary. Completes all facility credentialing processes with insurance companies and providers. Assists CEO and CFO with projects.
