We're looking for a highly driven Retail Account Manager to build THREE's presence within your assigned agencies. This is a proactive sales role with clear production accountability: you don’t wait for agencies to send business. You identify opportunities within your assigned book, start conversations, and ask for the sale. Retail Account Managers are the primary owners of day\-to\-day agency relationships and production. You will understand each agency’s book, develop opportunities, and turn qualified submissions into binds and premium growth.
