The successful candidate will contribute to the College of Medicine through the design, delivery, and evaluation of evidence\-informed programming focused on leadership development, faculty effectiveness, mentoring excellence, academic career advancement, organizational culture, and faculty thriving. This individual will work collaboratively with the Center for Faculty Advancement, Mentoring and Engagement (FAME) and other College of Medicine partners to strengthen leadership capacity and faculty success across the academic health center.
