**$1,000\.00 Sign\-On Bonus Available!** *\*Must begin employment on or before 11/01/2026\** **Job Summary** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and goods in Merion Residential’s communities. Follows safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, guidelines, and processes to support the achievement of the community’s business goals and objectives, with resident satisfaction being paramount. **Essential Job Functions** * Adhere to standardized diagnostic approaches for preventative maintenance and system troubleshooting. * Participate in on\-call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies as needed. * Assist in training junior\-level Maintenance Technicians. * Troubleshoot all property systems and perform repairs. * Conduct maintenance\-related inspections, including building and alarm systems inspections. * Inspect vacant units, ensuring turnovers are completed. * Paint turnovers as needed. * Utilize maintenance software programs to track work orders, inventory use, product replacement histories, and scheduled preventative maintenance. * Ensure tools and equipment are...
