Position Summary The Project Engineer is responsible for preparing and coordinating project submittals, reviewing drawings and specifications, managing RFIs, developing project schedules, and supporting procurement and closeout activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects remain compliant, accurate, and on schedules. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and coordinate project submittals and approval packages. * Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Create and manage RFIs to clarify project requirements. * Develop and maintain hardware, furniture, accessory, and glass schedules. * Coordinate with project managers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. * Review supplier drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance. * Generate bills of materials and assist with procurement activities. * Support change order documentation and project reporting. * Maintain project records, closeout documentation, warranties, and O\&M manuals. * Ensure timely communication of project issues, risks, and status updates. * Assist with engineering drawings and special project requirements.
