**JOB TITLE:** Clinical Research Technician (CRT) **REPORTS TO:** Manager, Safety Operations;Senior Director, Clinical Operations **DIRECT REPORTS:** Not Applicable **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Clinical Research Technician is responsible for the performance of clinical procedures as they pertain to a protocol. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform basic medical procedures, including but not limited to vital signs, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, urine collection, etc. * Participate in the informed consent process and execution as delegated by the Principal Investigator * Assist with preparing and serving meals to study volunteers * Perform general housekeeping duties as needed, such as restocking linens, emptying trash, sweeping floors, making beds, etc. * Other duties as assigned **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * High School Diploma or GED **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience * Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certification * BLS certification
