Job Description: Bookkeeper / Office Manager Position summary Title Bookkeeper / Office Manager Company Custom Mechanical Design (CMD) Location Centerville, Utah (on\-site) Reports to General Manager / Ownership Status Full\-time, exempt or non\-exempt (TBD) We are hiring a full\-time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to own the books for a growing commercial HVAC contractor. You will run QuickBooks Online end to end job\-based invoicing, AR and AP, job costing, month\-end close and the financial reports leadership uses to run the business. You will also keep the office running smoothly for a team of about 25 people across field, shop and management. About the company Custom Mechanical Design is a commercial HVAC contractor founded in 2004 and based in Centerville, Utah. We specialize in design\-build, commercial installs, HVAC upgrades, refrigeration and building automation, on projects from $10,000 to $2\.5 million.
