**Restaurant**: Bacari Carlsbad **General Manager \- Job Summary:** The General Manager oversees front\-of\-house operations at the restaurant. Primarily, he/she is responsible for developing, training, and monitoring the front\-of\-house team. The General Manager takes an active role in service to properly demonstrate our service and operational standards while ensuring team members are adhering to those standards consistently. In addition, the GM will be ordering and inventory of all front\-of\-house goods, maintaining an organized and clean facility, and overseeing the execution of service, food, and beverage.
