Operations Manager Construction / JOC Task Order Coordination \| Detailed Role \& Duties Initial focus: USPS multiple states Job Order Contracts **Initial evaluation: 30 days** Work location: 2621 Sandy Plains Road, Suite 102B, Marietta, GA 30066 **Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.** Compensation: $70,000 in Year 1; $75,000 in Year 2 based on performance. Position overview · This is a hands\-on, phone\-intensive operations role—not solely an administrative or email\-based position. The Operations Manager owns the flow of incoming task orders, subcontractor outreach, site visits, competitive pricing, estimating handoffs, subcontractor onboarding, scheduling, progress tracking, and closeout coordination. · The first 30 days will focus primarily on contacting and managing subcontractors for multiple states USPS task orders.
