**Job Summary** The National Accounts Director – Club Baseball will play a key role in expanding TCA Team’s presence within the competitive club and travel baseball market. This individual will be responsible for developing new partnerships while managing and growing relationships with existing baseball organizations across the country. The ideal candidate understands the club baseball landscape, is comfortable building relationships with directors and coaches, and is motivated by developing new business. This is a relationship\-driven sales position focused on helping organizations simplify their uniform, apparel, footwear, equipment, and team\-store programs through TCA Team. The right candidate will be highly motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership of their business.
