**Job Title: Warehouse Manager****Department: Operations** **Reports to: Plant Manager FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt** ### **Role Summary** As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the high\-velocity movement of assets through our facility. Your focus is on the efficiency of the entire supply chain: from inbound dock management to high\-density storage and global outbound shipping. You will lead the "heart" of the building, ensuring that inventory is tracked with 100% accuracy and that our logistics pipeline—including specialized high\-touch projects—is optimized for security and precision. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Logistics Leadership: Oversee all inbound and outbound dock operations, ensuring accuracy, timely unloading of trailers and rapid processing of incoming shipments. * Team Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule a large team of warehouse associates. Foster a culture of Ownership and Safety, ensuring all team members are trained on equipment and SOPs. * Inventory \& Asset Management: Maintain total control over thousands of unique SKUs.
