### **Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You** *The location for this position virtual/remote (within the U.S.)* The Senior Group Sales Manager leads efforts to expand and strengthen the hotel's group sale targets by generating new group business. You will support the Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique and report to the Director of Sales \& Marketing. This is a US\-based Remote Position. **What you'll do during a typical day:** * Primary role is to drive conversion for group sales for the Resort to achieve targets and goals. * Property Visits for FAMs and Site Inspections. * Travel and attend tradeshows in key markets, plus direct sales calls and efforts. * Drive new business opportunities: Respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and solicit potential clients through proactive sales efforts. **How you'll collaborate with others:** * Coordinate and work closely with the Director of Sales\- Property Based, for support and direction. * Support exceptional service delivery: Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction ### **What It Takes to Make the Stay** **You have th...
