**Location:** Austin, Texas — hybrid work, both remote and onsite as needed **Type:** Full\-time, exempt **Reports to:** Marketing Leadership Team **Direct reports:** none **Work Authorization:** Due to client contractual obligations, all applicants must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident **Position Summary** Inovi is seeking a highly capable Senior Marketing \& Communications Specialist to serve as a hands\-on execution partner to the Head of Marketing, Brand, and Strategic Partnerships. This is not a people\-management position. The successful candidate will personally develop communications, presentations, campaigns, content and other marketing deliverables while helping coordinate the broader execution of Inovi's marketing strategy. We are looking for someone who has learned what high\-quality marketing looks like inside a sophisticated organization or recognized brand but who is ready to work with greater independence, speed and ownership in a growth\-stage company.
