Clearance Required: **Top Secret** Education Required: **BA/BS or HS/GED and Equivalent Work Experience** US Citizenship: **Required** **Summary** **The MIL Corporation** is seeking a **Cyber Operations Planner (Logistics, Senior Analyst)** to support the daily operations of the Naval Aviation Red Team (AIR‑RT) located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team and customer organizations to shape upcoming cyber operations, develop plans for how the team will conduct them, ensure the team is meeting objectives during the operation, then be responsible for developing the after\-action report that will be delivered to the customer after the operation is completed. This position is and requires an on\-site schedule and is eligible for a compressed work schedule (CWS).
