**POSITION OVERVIEW:** The Quality Engineer Project Leader is responsible for leading quality readiness for the successful startup and ongoing operation of a new BAC manufacturing facility. This role leads quality readiness from planning and process validation through launch, ramp\-up, stabilization, and transition to the site team. The position partners across functions to ensure BAC standards, customer requirements, supplier readiness, process controls, SAP quality processes, and performance measures are in place while preparing the site quality leader for sustained ownership. **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:** * Lead quality readiness for the greenfield plant from planning and process design through launch, ramp\-up, and stabilization. * Develop quality procedures, work instructions, and training materials to support workforce readiness and operational startup. * Establish and validate the site quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001, BAC standards, and applicable customer\-specific requirements. * Develop and validate quality plans, control plans, inspection systems, measurement methods, and process capability requirements before production launch. * Lead supplier qua...
