Provides leadership and supervision to treasury division staff, manages daily cash management activities, and prepares accurate and timely reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and professional standards. Assists with the City's annual audit, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), and other financial reporting requirements. Exercises considerable independent judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities and serves as the Finance Director/Treasurer in their absence.
