**Position Summary** -------------------- As a key member of the Manufacturing Team, the Plant Manager is responsible for oversight of the day to day operations. Will provide strategic and operational leadership for a 200,000 sq. ft. high volume, single shift Manufacturing operation. Plan, direct, and execute all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Monitors and evaluates workflow and assembly methods and makes recommendations for process improvements. Oversees staffing, scheduling and training for production. Ensures manufacturing performance and quality goals are met.
