**Service Center** CSCS TX**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **Fulfillment \& Operations Excellence** * Lead end\-to\-end fulfillment ops including receiving, inventory control, packing, and shipping * Partner with the Procurement Team to ensure the most cost\-effective pricing is achieved * Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of items to support field and center execution * Establish and maintain workflows that drive throughput, reduce cycle time, and eliminate operational friction * Maintain a clean, organized, and performance\-driven warehouse environment **Inventory Accuracy \& Control** * Own inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes * Implement disciplined controls for high\-value tools, calibration equipment, parts, and fleet\-related assets * Partner with Procurement to align inventory levels with demand and forecast accuracy * Proactively reduce shrinkage, obsolescence, and excess inventory **Fleet Management \& Oversight** * Oversee the management of the company fleet of vehicles supporting Protech and mobile business operations * Partner with Field Leadership and Fleet stakeholders to ensure vehicles are properly assi...
