**Palmetto Haven Homes** is a growing residential builder and developer in the Charlotte region, now expanding into new markets. We're hiring a part\-time **Construction Operations Manager** to keep our projects, team and paperwork moving. **Location:** Hybrid, based in the **Kannapolis / Concord (Cabarrus County)** area, where most of our work is. You must be flexible to drive to job sites and offices across the Charlotte metro **and South Carolina** (York County: Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Rock Hill). Mileage reimbursed. **Schedule:** 15\-20 hours/week (about 3\-4 hours a day), flexible weekday hours. **Pay:** $30\-36/hour depending on experience, W\-2\. **What you'll do** * Run the team's day\-to\-day: follow up on tasks and deadlines in Asana and keep every project on track. * Manage our Field Operations Coordinator, who reports to you. * Work with municipalities and authorities by phone and online: permits, inspections and permit portals (Cabarrus, Charlotte/Mecklenburg, York County/Tega Cay). * Coordinate with our construction lenders: open new loans and manage draw requests. * Prepare contracts (builder, subcontractor, buyer/seller) and take them through to signature. * Handle the...
