Cordoba Corporation is a leading California\-based engineering and program/construction management firm. We are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to lead utility coordination and technical delivery. Under the general direction of the District's Bond and Capital Projects Manager, assists in the planning, coordination, and oversight of District capital improvement and construction projects; monitors contractor compliance with District standards, Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements, OSHA/Cal\-OSHA regulations, building codes, contract requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws; promotes a safe and respectful work environment; coordinates with District departments, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders; performs related duties as assigned.
