Description Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award. **The Work:** ICF seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop test plans, test cases, scripts, and traceability artifacts to validate grants lifecycle workflows, integrations, data migrations, security controls, and accessibility requirements. This role will perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing; document and manage defects through resolution; support automated testing; and coordinate user acceptance testing with business analysts, developers, product owners, and government stakeholders.
