Construction Accountant Specialist **Lee Construction Group, Inc.** Pinecrest, FL Lee Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Construction Accountant Specialist** to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial operations and project accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong construction accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Sage 100 and Microsoft Excel. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable * Generate and submit AIA payment applications to clients. * Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to facilitate timely collections. * Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. Accounts Payable * Process and code invoices with appropriate GL accounts, project numbers, and cost codes. * Review invoices due for payment and process checks for distribution. * Ensure all accounts payable transactions are processed accurately and timely. * Obtain and maintain subcontractor lien releases.
