**About the Role:** This position is a Sr. Financial Analyst position for Accounts Management in the Advisory Leasing division. The analyst is responsible for month end close, monthly reporting and variance analysis, monthly forecasting and budgeting. This position is hybrid at the Global Headquarters location in Dallas, TX. SCOPE: Oversees finance function for multiple large accounts, supporting Managing Directors and Transactions Managers. **What You’ll Do:** * Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership * Lead development and execution of the rolling forecast aligned with strategic goals * Collaborate with other departments to optimize workforce planning and productivity * Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and policy interpretation * Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. * Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams. * Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures. * Adapt to organizational changes and priorities, ...
