Description

This role is in our fee accounting team which is a part of Managed Services. Our team is responsible for the fee accounting for public housing authorities. We play a crucial role in ensuring the clients' financials are accurate and timely. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Run required reports using Housing Manager or MRI software * Enter budget data into Housing Manager or MRI software * Analyze client data to prepare annual budgets for each program type * Review client data to determine the need for budget revisions * Prepare budget revisions as needed * Prepare annual operating subsidy submissions * Prepare, review, and submit VMS reports in compliance with HUD requirements and deadlines * Complete VMS reconciliations by analyzing program data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between internal records and HUD reporting * Prepare and submit additional HUD reports and required filings accurately and on time * Maintain supporting documentation for budgets, VMS reporting, reconciliations, and HUD submissions for audit and client review * Cross\-train in other departmental functions as needed * Monitor HUD guidance and pronouncements to remain current on client requirements **REQ...
