The General Manager will oversee plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, procurement, planning, warehouse, and sanitation. The role is responsible for meeting production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while building a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. The General Manager reports directly to the CEO and has leadership responsibility for approximately 250 employees.
