**Job Title:** Production Manager (Manufacturing Experience Only) **Shift:** Second Shift **Schedule:** 2:00pm – 11:00pm **Classification:** Full Time, Exempt **Compensation:** $75,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 Annually (DOE) **Location:** Corona, CA **Reports to:** Vice President Operations **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIRED)** **Please do not apply if you do not have the experience below:** · Manage daily manufacturing and packaging operations. Liquid filling experience is strongly preferred. · Oversee multiple production lines and production employees. · Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. · Manage staffing, labor costs, overtime, and productivity. · Train, coach, and develop production employees and leads. · Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. · Monitor production performance and address issues. · Work with scheduling and leadership to meet production goals. · Support hiring, onboarding, employee reviews, and employee relations. · Ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of production equipment. · Daily planning scheduling required. **KPIs and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) \- (REQUIRED)...
