**POSITION SUMMARY** The Materials Coordinator is the link between the warehouse and the maintenance department. This position makes sure the right parts and materials are kitted, staged, and ready when maintenance needs them. The Materials Coordinator attends maintenance planning and review meetings, tracks work commitments and completions, and follows up with maintenance supervisors to reduce ordering errors and confirm that parts are installed when needed. The position also manages returns to inventory and to suppliers, supports inventory accuracy, and operates forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
