Role Overview: This is a hybrid role combining **treatment coordination \+ social media marketing**. You’ll play a key role in both **case acceptance** and **practice growth**. Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities: * Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients * Explain procedures, benefits, and financing options * Increase case acceptance and production * Verify insurance and provide accurate estimates * Follow up with unscheduled treatment * Build strong patient relationships and trust * Coordinate scheduling for major cases (implants, Invisalign, etc.) Social Media Responsibilities: * Create and manage Instagram \& Facebook content * Capture before/after photos and in\-office content * Plan and schedule weekly posts (Reels, stories, pos...
