**Job Summary** As the Pharmacist in Charge, you’ll lead pharmacy operations and help ensure patients receive safe, responsive care. You’ll oversee medication practices, guide the pharmacy team, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and clinical standards. Your impact: By coordinating accurate medication management and clear patient communication, you help patients and care teams make informed decisions. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily pharmacy operations, inventory management, and pharmacy software and Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS); work with electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Lead and support pharmacy teams in medication administration, immunizations, patient assessment, and patient service. * Compound medications using aseptic technique and applicable United States Pharmacopeia (USP) General Chapter 797 standards. * Apply clinical pharmacy practices, including medical management, pediatrics, and pain management, while protecting clinical confidentiality and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) information. * Maintain pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, healthcare compliance, and adherence to sta...
