Description:### **Northern Nurseries is seeking motivated candidates to join our Manager in Training Program across our high\-volume landscape supply and horticultural distribution locations.** As a Manager in Training, you’ll gain hands\-on experience in daily operations, staff leadership, and customer service across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with experienced managers to develop the skills needed to oversee workflow, support sales growth, and foster a positive, service\-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Leadership \& Team Development** * Learn to lead and support nursery and yard teams, promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability. * Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent customer service. * Participate in leadership development activities to prepare for future management roles. **Operations \& Process Management** * Support daily site operations including inventory management, product flow, and merchandising. * Assist with maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts and reporting. * Learn to monitor expenses and productivity to achieve efficiency and profitability goals. * Help ensure products are well maintai...
