You've sold cars and you know how dealerships work. Now you can sell to them. Big Time Advertising \& Marketing helps dealerships across the country sell more cars and book more service. We're hiring a hunter who can get GMs and dealer principals on the phone, run a sharp video presentation, and close new marketing deals. This role is built for people who want to earn on performance: a modest base with uncapped commission on new business. **Pay** * $42K base plus uncapped commission, paid mostly on new business, with residuals on retained accounts (full plan shared at hire) * Strong closers can realistically earn $75K–$125K\+ in their first year * Health insurance, a 401(k) with a 3% match, PTO, and paid holidays **What you'll do** * Prospect hard by phone, with high daily dial volume to dealership decision\-makers * Run discovery and presentations over video calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) * Build pitch decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides * Close new dealership clients, since landing new business is your \#1 priority * Manage your pipeline in HubSpot * Travel to dealerships and industry events as needed **Required** * At least 2 years in dealership sales: floor sales, F\&I, sale...
