Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the development and implementation of those policies, procedures and programs necessary to maximize the value of a corporate client’s investment in an office and industrial properties or portfolio, and controlling the activities of the client’s facility or portfolio so as to optimize the utilization of all resources under his/her control. Participate in formulation and execution of client’s corporate real estate objectives, policies and plans as they pertain to the facility or portfolio operations and compliance with the client’s Master Service Agreement. **Skills, Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a real estate related field * CPM and/or RPA designation * Minimum 7\-10 years previous experience in property and/or facility management * Excellent human relations, written and verbal communication skills * Good negotiating and communication skills, ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions * Strong planning and organizational skills * Strong supervisory skills * May perform other duties as assigned **Essential Job Duties:** * Direct and oversee maintenance programs ...
