**Day Warehouse Manager** **Lead the floor, not just the spreadsheet** Are you a warehouse leader who would rather be on the floor with your team than behind a desk? Native Maine is looking for a hands\-on **Day Warehouse Manager** to run our daytime operation — receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory — and to lead a workforce of 10–15 people that is safe, accurate, and proud of the work it does. This is not a manage\-from\-the\-office job. You'll spend about **70% of your time on the warehouse floor**, working side by side with your crew, jumping in where you're needed, and leading by example.
