The position would support our day\-to\-day accounting and operational processes, including: * Accounts payable processing * Accounts receivable, primarily posting and applying customer payments * Recording and reconciling corporate credit card transactions * Bank reconciliations * Payroll journal entries * Journal entries and schedules related to prepaid expenses and deferred revenue * Assistance with balance\-sheet reconciliations * Order processing and related administrative support * Payroll administration assistance * Other routine accounting support as needed Reports to VP of Finance and works directly with Production Manager. Remote work is available in TX.
