**Warehouse Supervisor** **JOB SUMMARY** The Warehouse Supervisor assists the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with BPI policies, processes, and operational standards. This position provides direct supervision to warehouse associates while supporting productivity, inventory accuracy, customer service, and overall operational performance. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to independently direct daily associate activities, make operational decisions within established authority, address performance concerns, and ensure accountability for assigned responsibilities. This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager to identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and escalate matters requiring additional management involvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, initiative, and accountability while fostering a workplace culture built on teamwork, safety, professionalism, respect, and integrity.
