**Job Summary:** Headwaters Construction Company is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Project Engineer** to join our Operations team. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects. The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating project documentation, managing submittals and RFIs, supporting project scheduling, and ensuring accurate communication between the office and the field.
