Odd Fellow Nursing Home is looking for a **Director of Social Services** to join their team! **Role and Responsibilities** A Social Worker is a qualified person who directs Social Services at The Odd Fellow Home. As a member of the health care team, the Social Services Director will work with the health care team to assist in developing a total treatment plan of care for residents. The Social Worker also analyzes the social needs of residents and acts as an advocate for the residents in a rehabilitation and long\-term care facility. Setting up services prior to the resident re\-entering the community is part of the Social Services responsibility. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Has a working knowledge of the basic theory and principles of Social Work practice.
