**Nature of Work** ------------------ Under direct supervision, provides administrative, technical, and public\-facing support to the Treasurer, Chief Deputy Treasurer, and the Banking Division. Work involves assisting with scheduling, communications, preparing financial data for review, and serving as the back\-up for all disbursement processes within the office. **This is a Limited Appointment position with an end date of 7/30/2029** **Typical Duties** ------------------ (Illustrative only) * Assist the Treasurer with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating appointments, and preparing agendas or meeting materials * Draft routine correspondence, prepare informational materials, and assist with internal and external communication tasks * Assist with creating and organizing content for official Treasurer’s Office social media channels; ensure posts follow County guidelines and established messaging * Prepare and enter data for review, including investment statements, Treasurer receipts, journal entries, and related documentation * Serve as backup to the Treasury Banking Specialist for preparing and organizing warrants; verify basic information and route items for ap...
