**Regional Device Lifecycle Management (DLCM) Lead** Location :\- Palm Beach, FL / Charlotte NC / Remote can be considered **Role Purpose:** The **Regional DLCM Lead** is responsible for the **execution** of DLCM services **within a specific geographic region** (such as Americas or EMEA). They ensure all device lifecycle activities (procurement, deployment, support, recovery, etc.) are carried out effectively **in their region**, in alignment with the global DLCM strategy and standards. This role provides **local leadership and accountability** for delivering the DLCM service to the regional business units. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Regional Planning \& Forecast Input** – Forecasts demand country\-wise and creates **regional device demand plans** (for refresh, new hires, break\-fix) and provide input to global forecasting. Manage **region\-specific scheduling** of deployments (timing of device rollouts in each country of the region) in line with the committed global plan. * **Procurement \& Inventory** – Coordinate **regional procurement operations**: ensure timely **placement of orders** to OEMs/distributors for devices needed in the region and track shipments.
