**Pay Range for this position is $18\.41\-$27\.26 DOE** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES** **Supervisory\-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:** * N/A **Position\-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:** * Shows patients to the examination room and prepares them for the provider. * Records patients’ past medical history, vaccine status, vital statistics, and medication reconciliation. * Maintains compliance within the department and clinic, as well as within state and federal regulations and policies. * Working knowledge of phone: answers, greets, and directs by phone. Takes messages and documents in the patient’s record. * Cares for instruments, i.e., cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing (where sterilization equipment is available). * Participates in mandatory in\-services and attends staff meetings. * Follows policies and procedures. * Demonstrates knowledge of emergency preparedness and participates in drills. * Respects the confidentiality of patient records and uses complete discretion when discussing patient information in accordance with HIPAA. * Utilizes all department forms and documents in Electronic Medical Reco...
