**Description** --------------- **Registered Nurse 4 \| Occupational Health and Wellness Unit** **Full Time \| Permanent** **Location: Headquarters \| Tumwater, WA** **Salary Range: $106,260 \- $174,240 Annually** **This position requires travel to DOC facilities and offices throughout the state.** The Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking an experienced nursing professional to lead and support statewide occupational health initiatives that promote a healthy, safe, and reliable workforce. As part of the Employee \& Organizational Support Division and the Occupational Health and Wellness Unit (OHWU), the goal of the **Registered Nurse 4 (RN4\)** is to be a key role in supporting DOC’s commitment to our team members health and wellness, while advancing the agency’s mission to improve public safety. The Registered Nurse provides clinical nursing expertise, consultation, and leadership for the statewide Occupational Health program. The candidate of choice will have oversight of the centralized Labor \& Industries (L\&I) claims management program, including L\&I cases involving incarcerated individuals classified as workers and individuals under DOC supervision.
