**Occupational Summary:** · This position is responsible for client relationships with key accounts. · This position will proactively assist clients with event management related to corporate CE/CLE classes, webinars, and conferences. · This position will have key accounts assigned for oversight, customer support, project management, and planning. · The Key Account Representative should be creative in order to introduce new ideas and will have some events, legal, or insurance background. This employee should understand marketing concepts and “why” someone would be interested in offering CE programs to their customers or team and how this service fits within the industry. · This position requires an articulate communicator who is comfortable on the phone and in person, as well as seasoned in heavy email and phone communication with customers. · The Key Account Representative must be highly organized and have an understanding of project management to handle the volume of possible follow\-up and outreach and when it is appropriate to call/email or visit each. · Experience in relationship management and corporate events in the legal or insurance industry is preferred. **Work Performed:...
