**Domicile Location:** The preferred location for this hybrid position is Memphis, TN. We are open to candidates in Plano, TX and Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on\-site at a FedEx location several times per week. To provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects. **Essential Responsibilities** 1\) Serve as the dedicated workforce strategy partner to 8 SLTs across a 15k\+ FTE global footprint; 2\) Facilitate definition of org\-level workforce plans and validates alignment to Enterprise capacity\-to\-demand targets, global footprint rebalancing, and approved funding models; 3\) Reconciles funded vs. onboard positions and vacancy posture at each SLT level, resolving variances; 4\) Manages the handoff into the approval and execution pipeline, ensuring plans are decision\-ready rather than returned for re\-work. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** *Required capability profile:* This position is scoped to the current state demands of the strategy. 1\) Analytical depth.
