Job Summary: We’re a wholesale bakery that makes bread fresh every day for local businesses. We’re looking for a hands\-on manager to run day\-to\-day operations. **What you’ll do** * Run daily production so every order ships on time * Schedule and lead a crew of about 11 * Track customer orders and set production numbers * Keep the bakery clean, safe and organized * Report key numbers to the owner every week **What we’re looking for** * 2\+ years managing a team in food service, production or a similar setting * Organized, reliable and comfortable with numbers * Able to work afternoons and evenings * Bakery experience is a plus Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
