**JOB INFORMATION** ------------------- **See NOTES below for future wage increases and/or additional compensation opportunities.** Information Systems Analyst IV positions may supervise professional information systems personnel; coordinate the development, testing, implementation, and modification of complex information systems utilizing both internal and external Information Technology (IT) service providers as resources; perform business process analysis and modeling; perform research to identify hardware and/or software capable of meeting a requirements specification; provide hardware and software technical support to end users in the day\-to\-day operation of systems; lead IT activities; develop Statements of Work for Request for Proposals (RFP's) by documenting requirements for a business need; assist with development of department IT budget, including budget planning and budget forecast; and perform other duties as assigned.
