Scheduling, Food Orders, Coke Orders, Inventory, Hiring, Training. If you train a good management team to have your back and progress them through training levels your Assistants can take some of those tasks off your back. If you are looking for a leadership role in the business industry this job is great for you! You get to create your own schedule and compete to run costs in your region. Your Area Supervisor is there to assist and push you to meet goals. You get to build the culture inside your store. Being a previous General Manager myself this was one of my favorite parts!
