Patient Care Coordinator **Location:** Chicago, Illinois — West Loop office **Work arrangement:** On\-site **Employment:** Full\-time, hourly **Pay:** $24–$28 per hour **Schedule:** Tuesday–Saturday **Reports to:** Practice Administrator About the role Open Saturday is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through scheduling, check\-in, insurance verification, and payment. You’ll be the first person many patients speak with and the person who makes sure they understand what happens next. The role requires patience, organization, and clear communication, especially when schedules change or someone feels nervous about treatment. Dental experience is helpful but isn’t required. We provide paid training in dental terminology, insurance verification, privacy requirements, and practice software.
