**Assistant Site Manager Job Description** * Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction * Day\-to\-day activities includes providing support to the manager and staff, along with identifying and resolving customer concerns and complaints. * Assist as needed in marketing initiatives at the wash to drive revenue and promoting fundraising opportunities. **Fundamental Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** The treatment of each of our customers in a compassionate and caring way is at the very core of what differentiates us from our competition. Taking care of the customer is always our number one goal. **Onsite Sales:** Whether it’s signing people up for text promotions or selling monthly wash subscriptions, every initiative needs a champion. The skills to engage customers with a smile, explain benefits and close the sale are very different from processing paper work. We like to call membership sales our "education process." By the time you are speaking with a customer they have already decided to purchase a wash.
